AESTHETIC PROSTHESIS WITHOUT METAL
The aesthetic rehabilitation of natural teeth by way of ceramic crowns or ceramic fronts represent an important part of our clinical work.
We are talking about crowns that have no metal parts in their interior. This is why their transparency is very similar to a natural tooth. The expertise of the technician in the prosthetic laboratory creates an individual work of art of each crown for each patient. For this process many parameters are being taken into account, as are the facial structure, the gender, the age and finally the patients’ own personal criteria, in order to create a unique smile.
The introduction of the system Cad-Cam in our consultation makes it possible to realize very high level prosthetic treatments, in which no traditional metal alloys are being used.
Basically our work systems are three:
- The galvanic formed crowns with gold within them (only gold and ceramics, without metal alloys of any kind of non precious metals)
- The crowns and feldspar fronts (this means adhered ceramics to the surface of the natural tooth, without metal)
- The crowns and ceramic bridges made of Zirconium (the case in which the classical structures and metal caps are being substituted by Zirconium) that, being white and transparent allows us to achieve a natural and aesthetic aspect that cannot be compared with the traditional prosthesis and at the same time offers a total biocompatibility)
These three excellent prosthetic systems require very precise indications, which makes it possible for us to offer the ideal solution for each patient, taking into consideration each special case in order to permanently achieve a perfect aesthetic appearance.
